St. Lawrence is a Michelin star restaurant in Vancouver featuring French & Québécois cuisine by Chef JC Portier. I headed there on behalf of Concert Properties Tesoro Development and Toolbox Design to showcase Vancouver best dining spots. The designers’ approach? “We wanted the space to depict a Quebec mémère’s (or grandma’s) home, turned into a restaurant in the middle of the city.”
